LASA is constructing 26 units of affordable housing adjacent to their office headquarters. LASA is a community-supported agency committed to the prevention of homelessness and recurrent homelessness in Lakewood, WA. The units will be rented out to households in the 30%-50% AMI. Edge serves as a project manager, structuring and overseeing the budget, working with the public funders, and managing the design and construction progress.
