After developments are completed, we can provide property management for our clients in a seamless transition from construction to occupancy. This relationship helps us design buildings that are easy to maintain and manage. Mar Properties can address issues such as access control, security, maintenance, amenities, parking, garbage, mail, pet care, package deliveries, storage, and neighborhood relations during the design process. They can also take the lead on leasing any commercial spaces.
