Pacific Tower North Lot TOD

The North Lot Development is a new construction project situated on the northernmost parcel of the Pacific Medical Center property in Seattle’s Beacon Hill neighborhood. Edge is development consultant to the Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority (SCIDpda), who will develop two buildings with approximately 260 affordable residential units for working families and seniors. North Lot will also include a 25,000 SF day healthcare facility for seniors, and a 10,000 SF early learning childcare facility. The project is currently under construction. Construction began in late 2022 and is scheduled to be completed by August 2024.
