Edge Developers was founded by Seattle-raised Donald “Don” Mar after over forty years of working in construction and development. Edge is currently managed and operated by Don and fellow Seattle natives Joel Ing and Evan Chan, who have developed mixed-use housing throughout the Puget Sound area since the mid-1980s.

Our vision is to create and enhance communities by creating spaces that serve social needs. By developing and revitalizing places to live and gather, we help our local communities flourish. Our community-based projects incorporate timeless designs that integrate seamlessly into existing neighborhoods.

Edge’s commitment to the region is reflected in our work developing affordable and market rate housing, as we believe viable communities must include a diversity of income and residents. Our projects include market rate housing, affordable rental and homeownership housing, cultural centers, childcare facilities, and commercial office buildings.

The principals of Edge are dedicated to enhancing their local communities through volunteering and service, dedicating time to serving on the boards of local community organizations and volunteering for good causes whenever possible.
