Uncle Bob’s Place is located in the heart of Seattle’s International District at the intersection of South King Street and 8th Avenue South. This project is within a half-mile of the King Street Station and will include 6,500 SF of retail space at ground level. The unit mix consists of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three- bedroom units. Uncle Bob’s Place has been made possible by city and county funding, low-income housing tax credits, and a permanent loan. Edge serves as a development consultant to the Interim Community Development Association for this project. Construction began in spring 2021, and was completed in early 2023.
